I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent visit to your establishment. My experience was marred by several significant issues, including exceptionally poor service from the staff, substandard food quality, and highly concerning discrepancies with the billing process. Specifically, I found the staff's conduct to be unacceptable. Furthermore, the food did not meet expected standards in terms of taste. Most alarmingly, there were multiple errors in my bill. I was initially charged for items that were not ordered. Upon pointing this out, the bill was revised, but this revised total was also incorrect. This necessitated a further two revisions to the bill before it was finally accurate. This experience was deeply disappointing and fell far short of acceptable standards. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and implement measures to address these critical issues to prevent similar occurrences for future patrons." portion is not worth the money ..and also ordered item was not completely delivered..ordered the food and waiting for nearly 40 mins atleast portion should be satisfactory ...onion uthappam is completely disappionted in portion ...in simple waste of money in online order in shree aksshayam

The taste is very good.. best thing is the quality.. they use good quality oil and so the food is very gut- friendly.
