The food over here is soo good and taste as like non veg and this restaurant will help you to solve your cravings during poratasi. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We reached Kootansoru around 2:15 PM, got a table in 10 minutes, and placed our order. After making us wait for 30 minutes, the staff casually came and said the dish (biryani) was not available. If it’s not available, why take the order at all? Why waste the customer’s time like this? What’s even worse – at the same time, another group with more than 4 people arrived, and their order was served while we, just 2 people, were completely ignored. This clearly shows they don’t value small groups and only give importance if you go with more people. Such unprofessional, careless, and arrogant management is shocking. I was genuinely interested to try this place, but my first visit itself turned into a disaster. With this kind of disgusting attitude towards customers, how can anyone think of visiting again? If you value your time, money, and respect – stay away from this restaurant. Service: 1
