very bad hotel on day one the fan speed was not controlled next day fan broke on day 3 there was no water in the whole hotel not only us others also had to suffer plus there was no light in afternoon. Rooms: Rooms are good but bathroom is small and not good. Food and drinks: There is no facility of food in sonali palace. No bed tea will be served, you have to go outside to eat food. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4

Excellent service provides by staff..their behaviour is too good..Sonali Palace is far better than Sonali Hotel... It's my own experience Rooms: So many bengali restaurants are nearby.. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Very bad....solo ana bangaliana Puri owner is very rude...he drunk on duty and misbehave with ladies and children....he and his staff misbehave with customer....
