Go there for the morning sun, stay there for their food. I went to Shiva Cafe last year during my solo trip to Himachal. The morning sun hits with a good cup of coffee, some omelettes & nice bakery items from their kitchen. Not very famous as such so you won't find this place crowded at all. So, if you wanna hangout, read some books or just do sun-basking - do visit them!
