First, I suggest that you communicate more clearly so that others can understand your concerns. When did you visit our kitchen? If you found any issues with the cleanliness of our food or dishes, you could have informed us at that time. Waiting to post a negative review without prior communication is not helpful. We welcome and value constructive feedback and would have happily addressed any legitimate concerns you had. However, spreading false information is unacceptable. Your comments suggest a lack of firsthand experience, which undermines their credibility. This leads us to believe you might have ulterior motives, such as being a competitor or simply wanting to defame our business. I urge Zomato to ensure that reviews are based on verified orders. It is unfair for someone who has never placed an order with us to leave a review. Therefore, I request Zomato to remove this review immediately.
