I had a terrible experience with Shiv Tikki as well as with Zomato because I didn’t receive the food I had ordered — some items were missing. I ended up feeling embarrassed in front of my relatives. when I called them up they were clueless. zomato was also not ready to respond despite several follow-up emails.
