We specifically traveled 25km from our home to visit this restaurant and my experience with Indus Flavor restaurant is WOW as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. We went for a family dinner and my mother does not onion garlic food, so for her there are ample options in all types of cuisine. We ordered lots of dishes like palak patta chat, pav bhaji fonde, panner Tikka boa, dhai ke sholey, chaap masala Tikka, hakka noodles, and all the items were delicious and finger licking good. Then in main course we ordered Pindi chole which is one the best chole we had in a while and we also order panner Tikka amritsari which is also good. The food served is hot and breads were crisp. Even after all these things I did not feel bloated, because of the high quality of food served there. I will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. We had visited the Outlet on 15th Feb and liked the food, services, etc. all very much. Food was really good. No doubt on that. So, thought of ordering food from their Gurgaon outlet. To our surprise, the rates on the online menu on their own website were lower than what was charged at the outlet. Spoke to this outlet and they explained that they charge extra for dine in experience and presentation. Fair enough. But how much should that be : a bill online for Rs. 895/- gets inflated to Rs. 1155/- at the restaurant which means a premium of 30% which is way too high. Dahi ke shole online Rs. 325/-, Restaurant Rs. 475/- (extra is due to dry ice presentation) Paneer Lababdaar Rs. 425/-, Restaurant Rs. 475/- Roti Rs. 35/- x 2, Restaurant Rs. 55/- x 2 Butter Naan Rs. 75/- x 1, Restaurant Rs. 95/- x 1 Aam Panna shots and Candy Floos Paan were said to be complementary Don't say that things are complementary when you are actually inflating the bill by 30%. Inform the customer about the extra charges you take and then, bill it. The online menu on the website of Indus Flavour does not mention that they shall charge 30% premium at the restaurant.
