I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a mix of good and bad experience. The hospitality was generally very nice and welcoming but there is something that needs to be paid attention to I would especially like to appreciate Sachin and Saurabh. Saurabh was extremely friendly and supportive. Although we did not know each other personally, he was very helpful when I asked him a few questions about Uttarakhand. He explained everything clearly and even offered further assistance if needed. I genuinely felt his supportive and positive nature. Sachin’s hospitality was also good. Although I did not have much conversation with him but his behavior and service were professional and pleasant. However, I would like to mention one concern. On a couple of occasions, I noticed a group of two or three staff members who appeared to be looking at me repeatedly, smiling among themselves, and laughing. While I cannot be 100% certain about their intention, it made me feel uncomfortable, as it seemed like I was being mocked or discussed in a negative way. As a guest, such behavior can feel disrespectful and awkward. Even if it was unintentional or playful in nature, it did not feel appropriate in a hospitality environment. If a family or couple had experienced something similar, they might have formally complained. I chose to ignore it, but I believe it is important to share this feedback constructively. In particular, I felt that Piyush and Sandy displayed a certain attitude or egoistic behavior that did not reflect the standards expected in the hospitality industry. Guests should always feel respected and comfortable. Although I have always tried to be friendly with them because I came there as a solo guest. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining and improving service standards further. Service: 2

The entire experience was amazing at Shining Hills by Lawrence. The rooms were pretty neat and tidy. The view from the room was wonderful! The food was at par with any renowned 5 star restaurant, especially their butter chicken. The staffs are very cooperative and cordial. Overall, the experience was 10/10. Would love to visit again.
