Rudraksh Resort (Mussoorie) • The property is located approximately 13 km away from Mussoorie main town, which was inconvenient. • Overall stay was below average. There were major communication issues as calls to the reception went unanswered. We also took direct number of the staff to have ease of communication however that also went unanswered most of the time. One of the hotel staff who was drunk had entered our room when we had just checked in. We didn’t got the food which was mentioned in menu as chef wasnt able to make the food. At night we needed water we tried contacting the hotel staff for same but no response from the hotel staff lastly i had to go down and take the bottle from the place. • During checkout at 8:00 AM, we repeatedly tried contacting reception and housekeeping for luggage assistance but received no response. We had to manage self check-out. We had got called after 2 hours of checkout from hotel as sir “apne check out kar liya” we said we tried calling the reception and staff but no answer from the hotel satff so we left. • Limited food options. We noticed that other hotels in a similar price range nearby offered comparatively better facilities and dining choices. Service: 1

Rooms were not cleaned properly, TV remotes were not working, we have to call them again and again for the battery. And most important no proper water supply again we have to call them for water supply then they were switching on motor. I will say the food quality of that resort is not that good as per price the food was tasteless, we ordered chilli chicken and fried rice in which chicken feels like eating rubber we can’t even chew it was that hard. Please the kind of price you are charging maintain the property like that. Really a bad experience Service: 1

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breathtaking mountain view—it was absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful mountain scenery. Service: 5
