There is a great view from this restaurant. The energetic staff shows a high level of quality at Rudraksh Resort. Cool service is something that people highlight in their reviews. The cozy atmosphere will be a good addition to appetizing meals and good location of this place. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.6.

1) The hotel is a 13 km before Mussoorie. All the tourist locations are on other side of the Mussoorie. hence need to go thru the high traffic all the day from the hotel to sight-seeing locations. 2) One need to climb 30-40 steps to reach the hotel rooms after 3rd floor. Clearly it is not a senior citizen friendly. 3) Many of the rooms doesn't has windows or proper ventilations. 4) No mobile network available. 5) Wifi connectivity was poor. (image attached) 6) Intercom was not working, very difficult to connect with reception. 7) Entire hotel was vacant even in holiday season (last week of December), we checked all the rooms. None of the room has all the things working (TV/WIFI/INTERCOM/Windows-ventilations/Gallery). 8) Unmaintained/Under-construction property. There were no glasses on some of windows causing the cold in the rooms. 9) Heater cost is overpriced - 500/heater. In other hotels, at such a huge room charges, heater was already provided without an additional charge. 10) Hotel staff is helpful, good & polite 11) Owner is adamant in not to reduce the stay at this hotel from 3 to 2 days, even with prior intimation on day 1 of the stay. hence, had to pay for 3rd day even when not stayed at this property. P.S.- Stayed at this hotel just because the Travel Triangle Agency - Adventure Mania has booked this hotel and they booked it as it was there own property, which we got to know later. Hence, to maximise there profit un-necessary 3 day stay has been provided here. 2 days are sufficient to explore the places nearby & if the hotel is closer to Mussoorie would help to save some more time.
