My today's order experience was pathetic. I have ordered tandoori butter chicken from swiggy. The marination was quite spicy from the regular. Firstly I didn't understand. But when I am chewing the chicken bones the Rotten smell arises. Very disgusting . I have vomited two times because of that rotten smell. I have ordered multiple times from this outlet but it is the first time I am experience this. Very disappointed . Shimla face value has reduced to this level I didn't expect . The taste can be very I can understand. But using rotten chicken it's not expected from Shimla. I never recommend it to my friends and family ever. Worst outlet of Shimla biryani. I recently visited this restaurant and while the food quality was genuinely good, I was extremely disappointed by the staff’s behaviour and overall professionalism. Despite having a decent menu and well-prepared dishes, the rude and unwelcoming attitude of the staff completely ruined the dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the service felt cold and disinterested. When we asked simple questions or requested anything, we were either ignored or responded to with a dismissive tone. There was no basic courtesy or sense of hospitality — something that should be expected in any decent restaurant. Good food alone doesn’t make for a good restaurant. Customer service is just as important, and unfortunately, this place falls far short in that area. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects respectful and professional treatment. Shimla Biryani, while passing Lake town the name dragged my attention. My Kolkata visit is never complete without a good platter of Biryani. This time i tried from here and I opted for the home delivery. I must say the quality, proportion and the flavour is really good. The packaging was also fine. It can really compete with the old giants in the market. The Biryani did all justice to the Kolkata Biryani in its every aspect. Last but not the least the phirni was a good accompaniment to it. 100 percent recommended. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
