Had an awful experience at Hatari Restaurant. We waited for more than 50 minutes for just two items. The noodles we ordered were apparently unavailable, but we were informed about this only after waiting for around 40 minutes. The staff seemed uncoordinated, with different staff members coming to us and giving different reasons for why our food was delayed. Considering the food is quite expensive, the service was very disappointing. The food taste was average—not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Overall, because of the extremely long waiting time, poor communication, and uncoordinated service, I would rate my experience **1.5/5**. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

​I recently visited for lunch, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. ​The primary issue was the exceptional delay in service. We waited over 70 minutes for our order to be prepared. When we attempted to politely follow up with the staff regarding the delay, our inquiries were largely ignored rather than addressed with transparency or proper communication. ​Looking around the dining room, this seemed to be a widespread issue. Multiple occupied tables appeared visibly dissatisfied with the extended wait times, with some guests having to repeatedly ask just to receive basic water service. Service timing and table management throughout the lunch hour were poorly coordinated. ​To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, the portion sizes—particularly the meat quantity—did not align with reasonable expectations or the pricing. ​Overall, the lack of attentiveness from the service team and the severe kitchen delays made for a frustrating lunch experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to address their staffing, service flow, and kitchen preparation standards.
