I celebrated my brother's birthday with her fiends here, and it was fantastic! The resort arranged a lovely party with decorations, games, and a delicious cake. Service: 5

Stayed in Glass room, bathroom was dirty and stinky. Breakfast was below average and limited options. Definitely not worth for the money. Only good thing was the friendly staff. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. Service: 3

Booked for Mountain view with swimming pool option, the resort was not at all in maintenance state. The pool water stinks, room wardrobes had fungal infection so we couldn't keep anything in it. Toilets stink, shower doesn't work, room had glass doors with openings at the bottom hence all insects were inside the room. Due to all these we cancelled the stay and cut short it to a day instead of 3 days. Cancellation process was horrible had to fight for 4-5hrs over phone between MMT customer care and the resort. MMT demanded approval from hotel for cancellation and the owner of the resort was in China and we had to wait to reach him and get approval which took till 8.30pm, hence we couldn't go anywhere else other than staying in this place. We demanded an alternate room for the night stay as the Mountain view room was substandard, we were offer valley view room. That room was good however the juccusi wasn't working and no hot water which made it miserable next morning. On top of all this, restaurant was not operational so everything was served in your room based on order. I paid for breakfast as a part of our package but was offered a mini tiffin/breakfast in room. All facilities were ruined and only two families stayed hence felt deserted. Overall We didnt had a vacation experience could have ordered food from Swiggy at home and had better experience at home. Don't waste money here. Service: 2
