Shambala yercaud is a perfect stay for nature lovers. It’s quiet, secluded and serene. Food here is amazing. Everything we had in our 3 days stay were so good. The chef here, took our orders and requests personally. Service was excellent. Mr. Mari was the one who attended us mostly and we were really well taken care of every time. Our kids had a blast in Shambala’s safe environment. Well recommended Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Child-friendly, Great value

Fantabulous is a word to describe my experience here . To begin with , from my first call to buk my stay here , the staff were excellent , very polite yet straight forward . I was impressed when they told me ro compare other resorts n then book tis place . They never cald me bck or bothered me. Tats coool. Secondly , the drive to the place will be a very memorable experience for u , well guided by thr sign boards . From the minute u enter , they make u feel very comfortable , hospitality top notch . Usually all these resorts slip away 1ly in takin care of u but this is amazin. Rooms r quite spacious , ambience in the room is designed tat u would see 1ly greenery when u come outside . Most importantly , some resorts miss out in thr restaurants , either they wl b very expensive or unpalatable , we will not hav an option since we would feel lazy to travel outside the resort , but they scored in tat too. All food r made to order , they call u well in advance and ask for an order . Breakfast is super . An it was different everyday morning , bcos some resorts hav the same menu and its boring at times , but food is super good . I was able to see lots of people from outside come here for lunch and dinner . Their restaurant is very famous . Restaurant staff and the chef r very very sweet . House keeping staff especially 1 mr.vinoth . Such a ever smilling innocent gentleman . He was always on his toes. Their spa is excellent too , definitely very affordable and great work by them. Staff team there needs a 10 star . Starting from the security person to the manager sir there. I am not able to recollext thr names. They make sure from the start to the finish u r taken care of. It shows the staff are being taken care off well by the management and the staff wirk very loyally for the management . U name it they wl arrange it for u , ask for a camp fire , they do it , when u use the private pool ( time alloted for ur famiky alone in a hude out place amidst the trees - a temperature controlled pool - all resorts hav pools but since its a hill station we never tend to use it , but since tis is temp controlled u wl hav a gud experience ) , they send u towels through house keeping even before asking . Tats cool . About the property , as they promised while booking , u cannot hear even a single synthetic sound , only birds and insects sounds . Cottages too r very private , u wont b able to find out who all r staying in the resort , because all cottages r individual . U wl hav a seperate balcony too . Overall a memorable experience . Wil definiteky recommend and wl visit here again Service: 5
