Dear Petrol Bunk Manager, I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience my brother had during his recent visit to your petrol bunk. He had stopped by to fill air in his tyres, and one of your employees, named Puspa (Shabina), behaved very rudely and showed a lack of basic respect towards customers. Such behaviour leaves a poor impression and does not reflect well on your establishment. I kindly request you to look into this matter and advise your staff to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Good customer service goes a long way in maintaining trust and reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very disappointing experience at Shell. The lady staff was not properly trained or educated — she didn’t even ask whether I wanted power petrol or normal petrol. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not expected from a reputed brand like Shell. Need better staff training and customer service!
