Extremely disappointing experience. The food was subpar, the service was worse. Staff were rude and unapologetic, and our order was delayed for no clear reason. What’s even more alarming is the lack of hygiene—none of the staff were using gloves despite showing otherwise in their videos. To top it off, there was a rat right under the cash counter. This place clearly doesn't prioritize cleanliness or customer satisfaction. Would not recommend at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kota Kachori - HSR Layout is well known food joint in HSR. Visiting them since 1 year. I found them good in snacks, available at ground floor. But when it comes to dining restaurant @ first floor, experience is just opposite. Last week went for Chhole Bhatura and was disappointed, food taste was so average, bhature was very oily, chhole were not cooked properly. Had to take imarti with rabri to improve the taste. Even the ambience of 1st floor was eyesore, all chairs were scattered, tables were dirty with leftover foods. Floor was not cleaned at all. To sum up, was not expecting such experience with a famous name like 'Kota Kachori'. Still giving 3* due to sweets and chat varieties availble at ground floor. This HSR branch is not good. The CCTV camera is not working on this shop. My mobile phone is stolen here on 16 Dec 2023.
