We ordered 3 shawarma 1 salad and 1 peach tea on 31st jul for lunch via swiggy. Received order after 50mins just to find two shawarmas and one salad...rest items missing.There is no contact no of shawarma zone to check on missing orders. After 10mins connected to swiggy on chat n highlighted this issue. There was no bill attached to the parcel packet n swiggy delivery guy was clueless. This was not the end of the story. Most of the chicken pieces in the chicken salad were burnt. Both the shawarmas also had burnt chicken pieces and were bland. Did not expect such quality and service from a 4.7 rated outlet. Overall a very bad sunday lunch experience. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
