I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Right from the moment we were seated, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was clearly not enough of them to handle the customers. We had to wait quite a while just to get someone’s attention. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. We were told that the food is prepared on the ground floor and by the time it is brought upstairs, it gets cold — an unacceptable excuse for any restaurant. To make matters worse, the food lacked flavor and was not at all worth the price. Shockingly, the food was served without any plates or cutlery. We had to wait again and ask someone to bring us the basic essentials just to start eating. This shows a serious lack of attention to customer experience. Overall, it felt like the restaurant was not prepared to handle the guests it was serving. Poor staffing, cold and tasteless food, and lack of basic service standards made this visit truly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. Small place with limited menu which delivers the best food. Tasty and good quality food is key factor which makes this place perfect for chaap eaters. You must try the Punjabi chaap !
