Worst experience ever. I was made to wait 2 hours for my order while I tried contacting the store and support. No response from either, and after 2 hours passed my order shows delivered when i didn't even recieved it. The support kept saying the manager will get back to you in 24 hours! It's over 5 days now and still no response. This is not the service and experience I paid for. My money too haven't been refunded till date. And the worst part was being left hanging in the midnight when i seriously was hungry, even after paying I am treated this way... very unprofessional of burger king, and I'll make sure at least no one from my circle ever engage with burger king in the future. And yes i forgot to mention that i mailed to the customercare and i tried calling and when I called the store... the phone was switched off and when i called the helpline no one picked up. I tried calling multiple times... no response. I mailed multiple times.. no response... and no one from burger king even tried contacting me.
