I ordered Classic Iced Coffee Vietnamese Nitro Brew with Almond Milk option at Starbucks Phoenix Mall of Millenum Wakad branch. When I ordered the beverage, they did not ask me about my preferences like quantity of sugar required, quantity of Ice required etc. After receiving the product, I found that more than half tall cup of beverage is filled with ice cubes. When we asked service manager about the huge amount of ice used, he conveyed that if customer did not convey anything, then it is their SOP to use half cup ice cubes in iced coffee. It is like fooling your customers and quote the SOPs when asked for explaination. When asked about feedback registor, manager conveyed that they do not maintain register in the cafe and I need to speak to customer care or write email to central email address. I am quite surprised about this cheating in starbucks IN cafe inspite of the brand being part of Tata Group of Companies.
