I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming. The roof at the reception was actually leaking, which already gave a bad impression. I placed an order and asked if it could be brought to my car, which was parked right across the road — the staff member not only refused, but did so in a rude and dismissive way. There was zero effort to make me feel like a valued customer. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care whether I came back or not. Spoiler: I won’t be. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
