FRAUD AND GOONS!!! I placed an order for 2 garlic breads and sandwich the person at the counter clearly said twice ₹170 . It was my mistake I did not see the menu. But understanding the crowd around I stepped aside because my UPI server was down. I managed to pay ₹170 by sending the scanner to my spouse. Once the payment was done these people said it’s not ₹170 it’s ₹470. I said to cancel the order and return my money. All the staff grabbed me and forced me to pay another ₹300 I said I don’t want their order and repay by ₹170 . When I click pictures of the shop they said why are you clicking pictures and pulled my tshirt and forced me to pay them. These people don’t know how to treat customers and LIERS!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Customer, We are sorry that you feel this way, but your statements are not correct. The menu card (displayed at the counter) clearly shows ₹470 for 2 garlic breads and a sandwich. ₹170 for this order is not possible.Since you were on a call with earphones, there may have been confusion, but our staff repeated the correct amount before billing.We completely deny your claim that staff grabbed your T-shirt. Our outlet is under CCTV surveillance, and such incidents did not occur.The order was prepared fresh, but you chose not to take it. As responsible citizens, we should avoid wasting food.We respect all our customers and always try to give the best service. Thousands of happy customers are proof of our commitment.
