It's very disheartening to inform you about your staff behavior, I used to be a frequent visitor to your outlet but today's incident has made your outlet loose a customer I visited your outlet at around 8:40 an and ordered 2 tea1 fafda 1 idli1 butter tost3 club kachori1 Nimki Apart from ninki and club kachori all was served Idli was served with chutney in micro size bati which is used to give Kadhi with fafda Fafda papita was stale and was tasting sweet *Club kachori was not served after 4 mins when I went to counter complaining I was asked to pay and leave*I was billed for nimki also which was not even served on complaining they refunded 45 cash This is not what we expect in a hospitality industry

Very arrogant staff... ordered 2 coffee , 3 of us wanted to share but staff rudely refused to give any type of glass .. also the food quality has gone down... Tea is horrendous. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast

Share Chai – Southern Avenue, Kolkata offers a cozy spot with good food and authentic flavors. The taste of the dishes was impressive, especially the Indori Poha, Bun Maska Bhujia and Tea, which truly stood out. However, the service was quite slow, and it took a long time for the orders to be served. Overall, a nice place for tea and snacks if you don’t mind waiting a bit for your food.
