If any one is from North East India my suggestion don't buy blindly seeing their old name . in November 2025 I had been their and tasted one sweet. Nothing so great in their taste as people make hue and cry over it. Price also high. Better sweet you will get in any other sweet shop.

Sen Mahasay had been a reputed sweetmeat shop during my younger days, long before Lake Market transformed into Lake Mall. I stepped into the shop with nostalgia and bought "Fulcopir Singara" (samosa with cauliflower) and "Notun Gurer sandesh". I am sorry to say that both the items were not up to the mark.
