Shantaram Raw Vegan Cafe is a nicely done cafe with low seating arrangement. They serve only raw vegetarian food that's healthy and yum. The cafe is on the roof top on the main arambol street. Their fruit salad is awesome. It's open between 10:00am to 9:30pm everyday. It's a good place to spend time and may be read a book. The owners pay a lot of attention to what the customers want and whether they like their dishes or not. It deserves a visit atleast once whenever you're in Arambol, Goa.
