This is the greatest spot near Paliem Sweet Water Lake. Vegetarian cuisine is what this restaurant boasts. Order nicely cooked hummus salads, pasta and hummus at Organic Vibes Cafe when you happen to be near it. Good masala chai or great smoothies will make your meal even more delicious and you'll certainly come back.

This place was one of the proudest discovery in my years of travel. The seating area is very chilled out, you sit on comfy mats with cushions at low tables but can sit at a normal table if you prefer. You drink from copper cups and eat from glass plates.
I managed to order their famous sweetheart salad hummus pita and sandwiches. My personal experience with the food was delicious and felt the freshness in every bite I took. I went there for breakfast and ended up for evening tea which by the way is considered the best in Arambol. I think the combination of soothing music, fresh food, and healing ambiance made it a perfect experience.
I would highly recommend going to this place if you are in Arambol and experience Goa truly in the way it deserves to be experienced.
