2 stars are only for garlic chicken. Rest of the food was worst! And highly overpriced. Garlic chicken was good but it was overpriced @600 !! Ambience is not good Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst experience ever! Avoid this restaurant cum food shop. Overpriced food with worst sense of making food. We ordered Sutli Bomb Paneer, which was displayed on their wall under the name "Chilli Bomb Paneer". However, when the dish was served, it was clearly Chilli Paneer. We informed them that we wanted Sutli Bomb Paneer, as shown in the picture. They repeatedly insisted it was the same dish. After multiple requests to either prepare the correct dish or cancel the order, they brought out a ridiculous-looking dish that was completely different, trying to pass it off as the same and they charged around Rs 300 for this dish. Just look at the dish and decide for yourself. Absolutely deceitful! Attached are all the images for reference. Bad experience with Shaan E Kasauli cafe and restaurant as we are visiting Delhi to Kasauli Mall Road and Order One Tandoori chicken and one Butter chicken and one butter panner and we when we reach our hotel we have open the packing and all the chicken is bad quality which is not fresh at all and butter chicken also have all peaces are not cooked properly we have wasted money even they have not mentioned there number on Google and there packaging and we have found his number from others and contact him but they have give the excuses . So I have bad experience
