All rooms are clean and in a fantastic location. Just 5-10 min walking then sunset view and 5 min walking then mall road 5 min walking then church.

very bad experience due to rude behaviour of Mr puri owner of the hotel he is demanding money for clicking pics in front of his hotel even after room booker in his hotel

Puri Hotel Kasauli has the only advantage of being located at the center of the town, at Upper Mall Road. Rooms are average but the charges are higher at least by 50%. The toilets have very old commodes and lids are dirty, unhygienic. The receptionist changes his words and mood every moment. Room service is exactly not available. Geyser was not working in the bathroom and in bitter cold hot water was not available. The switch of geyser was not working, but the manager was not ready to accept this. In fact, many options are not available for those who are visiting Kasauli without their own vehicle. Service: 1
