Third class service never expected this situation from Taj You guys are ruining the name, called more than 50 times and extension is busy busy busy .. front desk is also helpless.I thought Taj would be the best in india but actually its Worst.

Called 8 times in a day but no one picked up the call. Tried via hotel’s central desk but again same thing. Can’t get the reservation. Seems they are not interested at all.

service was painfully slow....sadly they couldn't handle food order of 11 people....literally 90 minutes to finish meal ....
