seat booked through Zomato. I was charged 10% Service charge,which is not in order,despite requesting waiter to remove this from bill, he insisted to pay because booked through Zomato. very average taste of snacks & food. Asked for coke, waiter replied only diet coke available. bad service, waiter is busy in watching cricket match instead of serving guests. Highly priced item compare to taste and service. Will request to refund Rs 220 charged as Service charge, which is against the Government orders. I will strongly recommend that Shahi Mahal is not a good option.

Had a great experience.Loved the royal ambience and food was rich, flavourful and comforting.Their Killer Queen from the drinks menu was outstanding. and the sizzling brownie was so perfect.There service was so quick, so polite and best in city.Definitely go to place for comfort food and either couple or family dine in options. Would Recommend!
