I ordered vazhai ilai parota through zomato. I paid Rs. 240. And the parota was very very hard, even my dog couldn't chew. Parcel means shahi grills is keeping old parota for customers. I complained through zomato for refund, but very mannerless replies by shahi grills. Old parotta is very much hard which I cannot even pinch with my hand. Very bad. I won't recommend shahi grills to anyone. Very behavior less people are answering my calls. And at last, my money is govindha for that old and hard parota. Very worst food delivered by shahi grill kallapatti. Parotta was not cooked well when they send through zomato. Very very very worst. My request to all those who order food through zomato please pay cash on delivery. Check the food and then pay the amount. Coz they are cheating by sending uncooked parotta in parcel. . They are simply cheating by saying get money from zomato. 260rp waste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
