The Indian cuisine is nice at this restaurant. You will be offered such food as nicely cooked meat kebabs, chicken biryani and chicken skewers, don't hesitate to try them. Hotel Shadab has good tea among its drinks.
Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The pleasant staff welcomes guests all year round. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. According to the guests' opinions, prices are medium. It's always good to try something new, enjoying the enjoyable atmosphere. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this restaurant a high rating.

Tried Shadab Hotel at SR Nagar recently, and honestly, it was a mixed experience. The food is okay, but the taste doesn’t really match the prices. You expect something great when you're paying a premium, especially at a place with a big name like “Shadab.” But sadly, it didn’t quite hit the mark. Some dishes felt average, and the flavors just didn’t stand out the way you'd hope — especially when you compare it to other places in the same price range. That said, it’s still better than the original Shadab Hotel in the Old City, which has really lost its charm over the years. At least here, the hygiene, seating, and service are a bit more updated, and the ambiance is decent for families or small groups. Service was decent — nothing too great, but not terrible either. You’ll get your order in time, but don’t expect too much warmth or hospitality. The place is usually crowded, especially during peak hours, so be prepared to wait or share space. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re nearby and craving some biryani or tandoori, but it’s definitely not worth traveling across the city for. And for the price they charge, you’d expect more in terms of both quality and quantity. It’s fine. Not bad. I recently visited this branch of Hotel Shadab with the intention of trying their Murgh Musallam. While it’s important to note that this is not the main branch, and we should temper our expectations accordingly, I was still looking forward to the experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that they only serve half Murgh Musallam instead of a full portion. We decided to go ahead and order it along with butter naans. The dish was served with egg and tasted amazing, which was a pleasant surprise. The prices were moderate, making it a good value for the meal. However, there was some confusion at the end. We weren’t entirely sure if what we were served was actually Murgh Musallam, as there were no fillings inside the chicken, which is traditionally a characteristic of the dish. This left us a bit uncertain about the authenticity of the meal. Overall, while the food was delicious, the experience was a bit mixed due to the initial expectations and the confusion at the end.
