I placed an order for 100 slices of plum cake from Karachi Bakery. However, I later decided to reduce the order to 50 slices. When I communicated this to the owner, he responded rudely and behaved unprofessionally. Additionally, he only provided a handwritten bill instead of a printed invoice, which was concerning. The next day, when we went to collect the order, we were informed that the cakes were freshly prepared. However, upon inspection, the cakes did not seem very fresh and had a slight odor, though the taste was passable. Surprisingly, the order had been reduced to 50 slices without further communication. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the service and product quality from Karachi Bakery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
