lemonade was just nimboz and nothing else. they've just poured into glass and turned it into nimboz. The fried chicken was good but the size of the chicken pieces weren't justifiable in comparison with KFC, NFC , Popeyes etc

there was a thread and a small piece of metallic wire in my momo. I order from this place frequently but for the first time I am disappointed with their food quality. Bad experience.

Had ordered food from a restaurant. The momos had a strand of metal scrub in it, used for washing utensils. After complaining neither Zomato nor the restaurant took any responsibility. Zomato said the restaurant says they don't use metal scrub and that's it, the matter was done and dusted from both Zomato and shack foods. So if someone gets seriously ill or even worse after ingesting such food, these people will just say that they don't use metal scrub and simply get away with it. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for playing with people's lives. PATHETIC that this world has stooped to this level, and we have to fight for every little thing in life !!
