Chicken Wings were too oily, oil was literally dripping. Chicken burger patty was stale and too hard. Chicken salad was below average. Wont recommend this stupid outlet to anybody. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1

Had ordered food from a restaurant. The momos had a strand of metal scrub in it, used for washing utensils. After complaining neither Zomato nor the restaurant took any responsibility. Zomato said the restaurant says they don't use metal scrub and that's it, the matter was done and dusted from both Zomato and shack foods. So if someone gets seriously ill or even worse after ingesting such food, these people will just say that they don't use metal scrub and simply get away with it. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for playing with people's lives. PATHETIC that this world has stooped to this level, and we have to fight for every little thing in life !!
