Visited Burger King today for a family/kids lunch, but the experience was far from satisfactory: 1. Lipstick-Stained Glass for Cold Drink We were served a cold drink in a glass visibly marked with lipstick. When politely pointed out, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or even a basic sense of customer courtesy — just silence and attitude from the staff. 2. Overpriced Water, No Replacement A 500ml water bottle priced at ₹67 was served ice-cold. Upon requesting a normal-temperature alternative, we were informed they had no replacement. 3. Staff Attitude and Service Standards The staff’s dismissive behavior and lack of basic hospitality reflect poor training and zero accountability. It’s experiences like this that tarnish the brand image and disappoint loyal customers. they are doing fraud .... they asked me to download a app and bcoz there was offer going on ...so I downloaded and I placed the order ...with my phone app ...i don't know what's wrong with there app ...first my order placed with the name of deepak ..and order deliver location shows noida ....but same time by the name of deepak they received the order with different number and online paid ..which was done by me ...it's just my app showing my name deepak and there order was showed wrong number ...Mera Paisa gya and from burger king team nehru placed they cancelled order ....kiski jeb me gya Paisa bhai app theek se bnao na fraud krne ke liye app Mt bnao ...I want my money back ...qki mera itna time waste hua ...na mujhe order mila na mera refund aaya ......but guys don't download there app....it's totally fraud app Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
