My friend and I, both women, have been regular customers at this restaurant and have always appreciated the food and ambiance. But today’s experience was extremely disappointing and honestly quite hurtful. We visited in the afternoon, when it was extremely hot, and politely requested to shift to a cooler table, as the one we were initially offered was very uncomfortable due to the heat. Surprisingly, even though the restaurant was completely empty at the time, the manager, Rajeev, refused to let us change tables. His response was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When we tried to explain our reason, he dismissed us abruptly and said things along the lines of, “You can complain if you want, it doesn’t matter to me,” and even refused to let us speak to the owner. As two women who came to dine respectfully and peacefully, we felt completely disrespected and dismissed. We were genuinely shocked by the manager’s attitude, especially towards regular customers. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism made it an upsetting and uncomfortable experience. We sincerely hope the restaurant management takes this matter seriously and ensures that all customers, regardless of gender, are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. (Got a Larva insect in the dish) Me and my family went for dinner ordered Mexican Sub and other things. There was a Larvae (larva insect) in it. Owner replaced the order again came with same dish and 2nd time bun (bread) was expired if you take in hand you feel powder like bun. Very low quality expired food it was. Even rest of the food was good but none of my family members were feeling good next day.
