I visited Selfie Tea at Lulu Mall today with my family, expecting a good experience, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming, and their attitude towards customers was rude. We felt ignored and not valued as customers. The quality of service needs serious improvement. A good café experience is not just about the drinks but also about how customers are treated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. Would not recommend until they improve their attitude towards customers.

Please avoid SELFIE tea!!!! It’s not worth it at all.. staffs are very very lazy..they don’t acknowledge customer & don’t listen to them..we asked normal tea without cardamom, reminded him 100 times & finally what we got was cardamom tea with too much sugar.. the snacks are very dry & not tasty at all.. they think we are served FREE!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
