Your group of six guests ordered multiple dishes for the table, including several non-vegetarian dishes along with one vegetarian item (Veg Kurma). As the restaurant was extremely busy at that time, unfortunately an honest mistake occurred and a chicken dish was mistakenly placed instead of the Veg Kurma. The moment this was noticed, our staff immediately apologised and offered to replace the dish with the correct vegetarian preparation within a few minutes. We always try to resolve such situations quickly and respectfully. Before we could correct the mistake, your group decided to cancel the entire order and leave the restaurant, even though most of the food had already been served to the table. Our team remained polite and apologetic throughout and there was no argument from our side. We would also like to clarify that Secret Kitchen is a restaurant that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. While we do offer several vegetarian options, we do not operate as a pure vegetarian or Jain-food restaurant. When a table orders multiple non-vegetarian dishes together with a vegetarian dish during a busy service, an honest mix-up can occasionally happen, which is why we immediately offered to correct it. Regarding the roti, our kitchen prepares food in a mixed veg and non-veg environment, and we always recommend that guests with strict dietary or religious restrictions inform our staff in advance so we can guide them accordingly. Running a busy restaurant sometimes means that human errors can happen, especially during peak hours. What matters is how quickly the team takes responsibility and tries to fix the situation, which is exactly what we attempted to do. We respect every guest and their dietary preferences, and we regret that the situation ended without giving us the opportunity to correct the mistake.
