Looking for authentic Thai food in Goa.. Just don't go anywhere else. Come to this place and you will love it. Only problem was there original sitting place was closed due to rains so we had to sit inside ac restaurant. Highly recommended ***** Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Finally the most awaited Pan Asian Restaurant "Republic of Noodles" is opened up in Candolim - Goa. The ambience is serene,the lip smacking cuisine is prepared by Master Chef Shyam Tamang.One of the most mouth watering dish among the starters would be the Wok Flashed Prawns, followed by the Tom Yum Goong Soup. Among the Wok Stir fries would definitely be the Sliced Lamb.Do not forget to relish on their Sri Lankan River Fish Curry With Jasmine Rice.If your craving for something sweet try the Water Chestnut Rubies & Tempura Fried Ice Cream. The service was quick and we were well attended by the manager Dhanesh. A highly recommended and a must visit restaurant when in Goa for all the food lovers. Wasted time walking to this restaurant, we go there wanting noodles and all they could offer is Indian food, noodles not available, waiting staff didn't or couldn't explain anything, everyone looked lost, why call it Rupublic of Noodles, whe you don't even have the menu for Noodles on the day of our visit.
