I booked seashell neil first but it was a very small island so it was too much for 17days to be at one place. As this property is having 2 more hotels in havelock and port blair. I requested them to shift me from neil to havelock but management didn't agreed on my request and gave me the option to pay extra nearly 11000rs per night extra which was not a logical idea as I paid to this property already @90€ per night with breakfast only. So I left neil island and shifted to another hotel in havelock for 5nights. I paid 4500rs per night there. That was very nice property. I enjoyed it. In the meantime I was still communicating with seashell property to shift me to port blair as it was difficult to catch my flight back to Delhi from havelock. Which was in the morning on 17th of August. So they agreed for last days to accommodate me without any extra charges. On the whole it was ok. I am also from the hospitality industry baesd in Germany.

SCAMSTERS - Horrible Staff who are there just to haggle with the guests. Family of 4 which includes 2 children were asked to make a reservation for an additional room since their policy allows for only 1 child. Pathetic. Would never recommend. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Standard rooms can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two kids with up to two children aged 5-12 years. My experience at Amaya Restaurant at SeaShell, Port Blair was fantastic! The rooftop setting offers breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea, perfect for a relaxing meal. The food was delicious, with a great mix of local and international dishes, and the cocktails were top-notch. Live music added a lively vibe to the evening. The staff, especially Sujoy, was warm and attentive, ensuring excellent service. My only gripe was the slightly limited WiFi, but it didn’t detract from the overall amazing dining experience. Highly recommend Amaya for a memorable meal!
