The reception staff is horrible and have no regards for hospitality or service to guests - denied upgrades when we were in a group of 11 paying for 2 nights, children 1 to 6 months above 5 years being asked to pay 3K per night , asking to pay immediately as if we were running away and were late for the light and sound show...the list is endless.Also, dont book in adv - we paid 12K per night when actual cost was 8-9K per night. Food is decent and location is good.Suggest staying at ITC which is right next door. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4
