We had a wonderful experience thanks to Pratham. His service was exceptional. he was kind, patient, and always ready with great suggestions. We really loved the way he guided us and made everything comfortable. I had called restaurant multiples times but there was response only once and they hangup in between ,they dont have courtesy to call back also and when I tried to reach out again there's no response even though I texted on 'At your service' number they also didn't text me back i heard a lot about Oberoi and have experienced before in other cities as well but this one is ridiculous. I was planning for my husband's birthday I wanted to make reservation in Lapis ,but this behavior doesn't make me feel connecting again. Service: 1
