If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This artisan coffee shop is an absolute gem, which is my go to place for every weekend. The coffee here is phenomenal—you can instantly tell the beans are top-notch, freshly roasted, and brewed to perfection. Each sip is rich, smooth, and satisfying in a way that’s hard to put into words. But it doesn’t stop there—their desserts (My Favourite Tiramisu) and chocolates are on another level! Decadent, beautifully presented, and dangerously addictive. Whether you’re a casual coffee lover or a true connoisseur, this place is a must-visit. Cozy vibes, coffee connoisseur owner, friendly baristas, and treats that make you weak in the knees. Pure heaven in a cup (and on a plate) ! This was my second visit to Savorworks. While my first experience was fairly average, today’s visit was disappointing enough to compel me to write this review. 1. I ordered a hot chocolate, which had a strange sour taste. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so i just informed the server and let it go. I then ordered a cold coffee, which was comparatively better but still quite average by any standard. Even though I made it clear that I would pay for both drinks, a simple apology from a senior or an offer to replace the drink would have reflected better hospitality. 2. When I paid the bill in cash, the server returned the change, short by ₹7. While the amount is negligible, the fact that it was rounded off without informing me felt presumptuous and unprofessional. 3. The bill also included a service charge by default. As per the Delhi High Court order dated 28.03.2025, service charges cannot be added to the bill by default and must be left to the customer’s discretion. This practice is not just outdated but also legally questionable. One isolated issue might’ve been tolerable, but experiencing all three in one visit made the overall experience hard to ignore. Savorworks may have the potential, but the lack of attention to customer experience and proper billing practices makes it hard to justify a return visit ! If you're looking for a delightful coffee experience in Greater Kailash, Savorworks is an absolute must-visit. Their veg steak is nothing short of incredible—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it's a dish that will leave you coming back for more. They also have Thai cuisine available. And let's not forget their amazing coffees. The hot chocolate pourover is a must-try for any chocolate lover. The rich, velvety smoothness of the chocolate, combined with the precision of the pour-over method, comforting drink that pairs perfectly with any meal. Also try café brûlé. It's an absolute treat! The coffee texture is creamy, rich, and indulgent, while the caramelised sugar on top is perfectly done, creating that ideal crispy, golden crunch. The ambiance of the place is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!
