Sattvam Whitefield, a pure veg food place with no onion or garlic involved. if you're Jain looking for a none of garlic or onion, this place might be suited to you. Parking is out side, opposite to decathlon. It's on 3rd floor in the building. Ample of seating space. Nice cutlery, decent service. Now coming to food, some items were excellent, while some were avg and some didn't really had much of taste. It's a buffet with 980₹ on weekend and 850₹ weekdays. 1. Starters had decent options which you will be served on table. Paneer tikka, seek kebab, spring roll etc. Loved it. Tasty. 4/5 2. Main course was excellent in my opinion. I really liked each gravy whether it was paneer, matar malai, dal makhani, dal fry, kofta, raita etc. Hot tandoori roti and different varieties of rice. Biryani not so good. 5/5 3. Chats and other items were average or not so good. Pizza and pasta were cold and total waste. Pani puri was avg. Although I couldn't try all the items, still 2/5 Exception with Dahi Vada or Dahi Bhalla which was genuinely good. 4. Desert again so so. Different varieties of pastry cakes and rasmalai, gazar halwa etc. 3/5 Overall with the experience and price having so many different varieties of food items at one place, I would rate it 4/5 If you're Jain or someone who prefers pure veg restaurant with no onion garlic. This could be the place. Should you visit? I think Yes. Worth a try and I haven't seen any other place serving this kind of buffet at this price point. Huge selection of mouthwatering satvik food, amazing varieties of desserts, good ambience, very polite staff, divine vibes. Loved everything about this place. Special thanks to Mithun for the excellent service.
