About the Place - This place is located in a quiet bylane near the station and is situated on the first floor. It’s a small, non-AC setup, and waiting time varies based on peak hours. However, the service is prompt, and the restaurant mainly specializes in thalis.About the Food - Tried the Bombil fry — three pieces served crispy and crunchy. The prawns masala thali was on the spicier side but really tasty, especially with wade. The tisarya masala was packed with spices and absolutely delicious. Ended the meal with solkhadi.

Highly overrated seafood restaurants in Goregaon. Nothing special about food. Totally bland tatse and quality of fish was also not upto the mark. In the name of authentic seafood they serve mediocre food. Waste of time and money. They gave long queues and no management at all.. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Its a 68 year old legacy brand and still serving the same authentic taste to its customers . As a goregaonkar Satkar Rice Plate House has been our go to spot when we are craving for some malvani cuisine . We tried their satkar spcl thali , chicken thali, mutton chops , prawns tawa fry and everything was just up to the mark. Its safe to say that they serve one of the best malvani food in all of mumbai.
