I have explored lot of five star hotels in Mumbai however I found Gallery Cafe to be the one with massive spread along with good taste,I did not find it bland like usual hotels. Ambience was top notch. Service I would rate average. Desserts were less.in number. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Ambience was very good but very limited option in buffet 1 soup which contain mushrooms and only1 paneer veg and no variety in rice no good option

At original ₹2800 AI per person (55% off via District) every item on the buffet was cold and unappetising. Both veg and non-veg appetisers were bland, the chicken pulao and curry were cold and tasteless, and even the chapatis served at the table were cold. The chicken used in every dish tasted stale, clearly frozen for ages before being cooked. To top it off, their Goan fish curry was made with Basa fish—seriously?After complaining to the manager, he arranged for chicken biryani, which turned out to be another disaster: yellow rice from the buffet mixed with raw onion gravy and some boiled chicken, lacking any flavour or cohesion. We escalated it to the chef, who apologised and offered to prepare something for us, eventually packing chicken fried rice and chilli chicken.They served us Gulab Jamun that was unbearably sweet, as if loaded with kilos of sugar.Overall, the food was pathetic, and what was meant to be a special evening ended with us returning home hungry and disappointed
