Had lunch at the Mall on 19th July. The lady cashier at the counter of Sassy Begum was very rude. No manners on how to talk to customer. Food was very good otherwise but the behaviour of the employee spoiled my mood. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
