I have ordered from Swiggy ( My order is is .... 26618 ) and they Have given .. Food Totally smelly.. Malai chapp was totally smelly and stale I have taken 1 bite and throw it from my mouth .. There is no contact details from where we can't connect this restaurant for exchange grievance.. I haven't get any bill also with my food + non availability of Restaurant contact no.is fishy .. The most saddest part .. packaging was not safe they have given romali roti in fresh wrap foil and box of food in open package.. just like we didn't deserve a safe delivery.. anyone can touch our food very easily..this kind of way they have Given ...worst restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely poor quality and stale food. I ordered tandoori momos for takeaway and when I went home and ate them(hardly after 20 mins) they were absolutely stale. there was no number mentioned on the bill and the online number was switched off so I drove back all the way from lajpat nagar to GK to complain about it to the manager but he simply refused to exchange. And what kind of bill is this??? no contact number no GST??. No one in the food joint is following covid protocols. no masks whatsoever. very very disappointed. will surely tweet this to fssai.
