The one star is for the friendly owner . Booked it through make my trip . Kept getting calls from some manager that he can’t accommodate me due to some blah blah ( which turned out to be all false information ) I insisted on still coming as I hadn’t received any inputs through mmt. Upon arrival never got any hot water to bathe , people kept smoking next to no smoking zone in a so called Ecostay . And when pointed out , though the owner lady was quick to rectify , the manager had the audacity to try coaching me how Goa everyone smokes and I am supposed to put up with it . I ordered tea which was served like milk only to be told kitchen has exhausted tea leaves ! The manager kept being arrogant , defensive and I kept feeling uncomfortable throughout. In my multiple trips to Goa , this is the only place I want to forget . Friendly advice to the good owner, several staff expressed how they hated the manager in that little time I was there. Do conduct a thorough enquiry. I mean you well

Food service was quite slow, although there was no crowd. Ambience was very peaceful and good for working. Must visit place if you are in Goa
