Yesterday, we went to Saravana Bhavan, and what a feast it was—it was outstanding! The vibe of the place feels like it's straight out of the temples of South India. We ordered Ghee Podi Idly, Ghee Roast Dosai, Rava Masala Dosai, and Filter Coffee. The idly was melting in the mouth, every bite of the ghee dosai was richly flavored with ghee, and the rava masala dosai was perfectly crunchy with a delicious filling. Special appreciation must go to their chutneys, but the true star of the show was the filter coffee—rich, warm, and deeply comforting. If you are a hardcore lover of South Indian cuisine, step there without a doubt.
