Sapna's Kitchen in Bir has undoubtedly captured my heart with its delectable offerings and exceptional service. Nestled in the heart of the town, this hidden gem truly lives up to its reputation as a go-to destination for all vegetarian things. The moment you step inside this cafe, you're greeted with an enchanting aroma of food. One of the highlights of Sapna Kitchen is their attention to detail and quality. The ingredients used are undoubtedly top-notch, resulting in food that are not very spicy or unhealthy. Beyond the tasty homely food, the ambiance and cleanliness of the cafe are commendable. Pardeep Uncle, Aunty and their son, all are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their offerings. Their recommendations reflect a deep understanding of the customer's preferences, ensuring a delightful experience. I have some digestive issues with my stomach, so I always customize menu items and tell them to not prepare my food with spices and chilli powder, and Aunty always cooks food as directed. In conclusion, Sapna's Kitchen is a must-visit for every person who love vegetarian items with an affinity for authentic North Indian cuisine and a desire to explore culinary excellence. The dedication of Aunty to serve quality, diverse food, and impeccable service makeh it a standout choice in the local food scene. Delicious food, good portions, friendly staff, great prices. The owner is very kind and was familiar with all vegetarian food items and happy to accommodate with many options. In simple words best place to have food in BIR. Couldn't find a better place to eat pure vegetarian food than Sapna aunty's kitchen. From the moment we stepped in they made us feel like home and recommended the day special which was Makke ki roti and sarson ka saag. Food was absolutely mind blowing, we took chole bhature from their recommendation and it was just a homely food. Love this place so much and undoubtedly we're coming back!!
