My stay at this hotel in Bir was a nightmare. The staff was incredibly rude, making me feel unwelcome from the start. The restaurant was a disaster—there wasn’t a single waiter to assist, so I had to order my own food, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, there was no room service, and basic amenities like dental kits were nonexistent. The beds were smelly and uncomfortable, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. I left feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel; there are much better options in Bir that prioritize guest comfort and service. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
